Picture6 Student Success Goal:  The demands of Colorado businesses and communities shall be met through the development of a high skilled work force.

 Lamar Community College is proud to announce Head Baseball Coach Scott Crampton picked up the 800th win of his coaching career with a 6-2 victory over Western Nebraska Community College on Friday, March 1, 2013.  Since Crampton’s tenure, the Lopes have accrued eleven Empire Conference titles, nine Region IX titles, and had one World Series appearance (2002).  During his 19 seasons, the Lopes have had three seasons with over 50 wins and eight seasons with over 40 wins.  157 sophomores have transferred on to play at four-year colleges or universities with 30 signing professionally.  read more…

Our hope is to bring a large crowd of alumni, faculty and staff, current students and families, and community members to all of the events as we celebrate this milestone.   • 75th Anniversary Social: Lamar Elks Lodge 28157 Hwy 287, 6p, sponsored by Lamar Elks Lodge, cash bar, no reservation required.
